One of the main areas people ask us about when discussing Royal Caribbean Cruise food is the menu. A lot of the restaurants on Royal Caribbeans Allure of the Seas did not have windows with views of the ocean so we appreciated the views at Samba Grill. What we really liked was that the views are amazing especially if you can book something around sunset. Don’t worry the restaurant is not adult only so kids can join you here for dinner. On the Allure of the Seas it is located at the front of the ship, on deck 15, in the Solarium which is the adult only area. The location of this Royal Caribbean Specialty dining is very special. Regardless of the ship, Royal Caribbean Samba Grill will provide terrific views. On Radiance of the Seas there is a more formal feeling with white tablecloths and red and gold accenting. There were little running water features in the restaurant and a nice casual feel. We loved the atmosphere with the floor to ceiling windows with views out the front of the ship. We got to dine here on the Allure of the Seas. Chefs deftly turn out specialties such as churrasco sirloin picanha-style, churrasco-style filet mignon, slow-cooked sausage with sweet peppers, honey-brushed turkey breast roulade wrapped in bacon, lemon garlic roasted salmon, Hawaiian-style lime chicken thighs, and pork and lamb selections. An hourglass-shaped container sits on each table with the red side up until guests turn the green side up, signaling servers to slice the barbecue from swords onto their plates. The gleaming open kitchen with its Brazilian-style rotisserie is the focal point. It's really a Latin American feast of meats and poultry barbecued on a rodizio, with an array of sides served family-style.
